Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification.
When does the period begin?
- Physical Products: The period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last item purchased.
- Digital Products (ebooks, courses, infoproducts): The period begins from the conclusion of the contract (the purchase). However, if you have given your express consent to access the content before the withdrawal period expires and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, that right will be extinguished.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to info@desarrollodeltalento.com with an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your communication to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
- Digital content: when performance has begun with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal (applicable to downloaded or accessed e-books, online courses, and infoproducts).
- Goods made to measure or clearly personalized according to consumer specifications.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
Consequences of withdrawal
We will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first. If the product shows signs of use or deterioration beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functioning, we may deduct the value of such depreciation from the refund.
Return obligation: You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.
The refund will include the product price and original shipping costs. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard one (e.g., express shipping), we will only refund the cost of standard shipping. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return costs: The costs of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. No return costs apply to digital products.
Courier collection: If we arrange for the product to be collected through our courier service, the cost of such collection will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This amount will be communicated to you before confirming the return.
If you have requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided at the time you communicate your withdrawal.
